I called the store a couple of times looking for a specific item and they’re very nice and accommodating. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Pleasant experience overall!

Came here to update my wardrobe and asked for help finding things but also asked for some advice. I was helped by Gage, not only in finding clothes but he also gave me comprehensive fashion advice. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything, just truly trying to help me find my own unique style. Great store, great products, and if you have a chance go in an ask for Gage and get him to give you the full stylist experience.

First time coming to this store and loosely asked for fashion advice and instead was met with one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. One of the associates gage absolutely blew me away. He helped me put outfits together and even gave me styling tips and tricks, I felt like a celebrity and like I had my own personal stylist. I highly recommend this store and I HIGHLY recommend asking for help from Gage… I can’t wait to come back!

Good quality clothes with decent price. The store is big and pretty, lots of space for customers to walk and picking clothes.

Had such a great time shopping here today thanks to Jihye and Jenny! They were super kind and helpful. they helped me compare different pieces while I was deciding on a pair of white linen pants. Both were calm, thoughtful, and never pushy. They told me to drop by anytime just to try things on or say hi, which was so refreshing. COS is lucky to have them!

Shopped at COS Robson for the first time, during boxing day no less. I was so impressed at how clean and orderly the store was regardless of the chaos that boxing day brought. I was slightly indecisive with a puffer jacket, but Mykola a sales associate, encouraged me to purchase and reassured that the jacket(which they owned as well) had a very good quality. The staff were very helpful and polite even though they were very busy. I will definitely come back to browse when the new collection drops.

This is a nice clothing store with a subtle, but elegant style. The layout is very open, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff are not aggressive, but will help when you ask.

I was looking for some basic core for my outfits. Sales associates in the store were very passionate about finding stuff for me. I felt like they were being genuine. I ended up purchasing other stuff as well. Great quality product and friendly staff.
